Kom Ombo is a fairly recent Greek and Roman temple to the Crocodile God. There are lots of bees. It's lovely. The view from the top is gorgeous. There is an ancient lake in the ruins. since we are in a caravan we have little time. It is hot, there are some painted ceilings and many many columns. Edfu is BIG! I am at a loss. We have more time and Naga explains everything. Overload. We make it on the bumpy road to Luxor, big sign greets us: SMILE YOU'RE IN LUXOR. And we do.
